Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind our goods and services and want you to be satisfied with them. We’ll always do our best to take care of customers but returned items must conform to our returns policy.

RETURNS POLICY

  • Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days since delivery are gone, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. You need to inform us within 3 days of receiving the package on [email protected], else the goods will be considered sold and no further return or exchange requests will be entertained.
  • You MUST notify us via email to [email protected] before returning ANY item. Please state in the email:
        Your name
        Order/invoice number
        Reason for returning the item/s
        Whether you would like an exchange or refund
  • Your returned item must arrive us no later than 7 working days after you receive the order. After this time we cannot guarantee that we will accept the order for refund.
  • There are limitations to few items that cannot be returned due to hygiene and restocking reasons. These can only be exchanged or refunded if they are faulty.
  • We cannot exchange or refund orders of juttis for hygiene reasons. These can only be exchanged or refunded if they are faulty.
  • We cannot exchange or refund orders of indian jewelry for hygiene reasons. These can only be exchanged or refunded if they are faulty.
  • We cannot exchange or refund orders of Silver jewelry for hygiene reasons. These can only be exchanged or refunded if they are faulty.
  • The customer will pay for return postage and packing.
  • We strongly recommend that you book your return pick-up within 2 days of receiving your order to ensure that it arrives us within 7 days. Please contact customer services [email protected] if you have any queries relating to this.
  • Please note we can only collect returns from the same country to which your order was delivered. If you have returned an item from a country other than your delivery country, you might have to pay additional import duties. We strongly advise that you do not do this and instead use our returns collection service.
  • Once your return has been received by us we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
  • Once your return inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. We will refund you by your original payment method.
  • We strongly advise all customers to check the product thoroughly upon delivery before disposing off any original packaging.
  • Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused with their original tags and in the same box.
  • We recommend that you return items in their original packaging to ensure the necessary protection when in transit.
  • Returned items cost will be refunded excluding the cost of shipping when using our collections service.
  • Sale items are final sale and unfortunately cannot be returned or exchanged.

CANCELLATION

You may cancel an order within 12 hours after placing it. No cancellations beyond 12 hours will be entertained barring extenuating circumstances (i.e. National Holiday). A cancelled order will result in a credit to the users credit card/account. Refunds will be processed in a form of credit to their Credit Card / Net Banking / Debit Card Account within 7 business days.

EXCHANGES

If you would like to exchange an item, you will need to return the original item and then place a new order. You will receive a refund for the original item.

REFUNDS

Once we have received your item we will refund you by your original payment method. Payments can take up to 14 working days to process. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping charges and handling fees.

RESTOCKING FEE

A Return Fee of $10.00 will be deducted from your refund and we are not liable if the customs Dept. Holds the shipment.
